Do you take a percentage if I win my case?
Never. IronRecord is a flat monthly or yearly subscription and nothing more. We are not a law firm and we take no part of any settlement or award. What you recover is entirely yours.
Can I cancel? What happens to my records?
Cancel anytime from Settings in one click. Your records are never deleted when you downgrade — you keep access to everything you documented, and you can export or permanently delete it yourself at any time.
What's the difference between Free and Premium?
Free covers your first three incidents with basic tools. Premium unlocks unlimited incidents, 5GB of storage, court-ready PDF reports with photo exhibits, secure attorney share links, and the full 90/60/30/7-day deadline alert schedule.
Do you offer plans for organizations?
