Founding 50
Plaintiff lawyers take about one in ten of the cases they screen.
Most of the other nine are turned away for the same reason: the person cannot give specific dates, has no documents, and does not know their filing deadline. IronRecord clients show up with dates, evidence, and a deadline already calculated, so you can say yes in ten minutes instead of ten calls.
Research: American Bar Foundation study of employment discrimination litigation, reported in the ABA Journal.
What a founding seat includes
Free for life means exactly that. When paid listings begin, yours does not change.
- Listing free for life, locked in writing
- Founding Attorney badge on your listing
- Top placement in your states for the first year, in sign-up order
- A monthly report: records shared with you and how many were opened
- A Listed on IronRecord badge that links back to your profile
- First call for short videos we make with listed attorneys
What a client arrives with
IronRecord is free for the people documenting discrimination. By the time one of them shares a record with you, it already contains:
A dated timeline
Each incident logged when it happened, not reconstructed months later. Who, what, where, witnesses, exact words where the client had them.
Evidence that holds up
Every file is encrypted and fingerprinted with a SHA-256 hash at upload, so a claim that something was altered can be checked against the hash.
The filing deadline, already computed
EEOC and HUD windows are calculated from the incident date and counted down. You are not the one discovering day 170.
One link to the whole file
A read-only, expiring link to the full record and a court-ready PDF with exhibits. Nothing to request, nothing to chase.
Of the seven categories we cover, workplace, housing, and policing see the most records. Housing and policing are where other documentation tools stop.
How it works
- 1
Apply in about a minute
Name, email, bar state, bar number. That is all we need to check you against your state bar. Your listing details come after.
- 2
We verify you
A person checks your bar record, usually within two business days. Nothing is published until that is done.
- 3
Your listing goes live
Filtered to the states and case types you chose, placed in sign-up order. A client who finds you can send their full documented record in one click.
- 4
You see what it produced
A monthly note with how many records were shared with you and how many were opened. Plain numbers, so you can decide whether the listing is worth your time.
Built to stay inside the rules
A listing is attorney advertising. We keep it that way so it is never a problem for you.
- Flat fees only, and none yet
- Founding listings are free. Paid listings, when they begin, are a flat monthly advertising fee. We never charge per case, per lead, or per outcome, and we never take a share of any fee or settlement.
- Mechanical, transparent placement
- Clients filter by state and case type. Results appear in sign-up order, founding members first. Nothing ranks lawyers by quality and nothing recommends one attorney over another.
- Not a referral service
- Inclusion is not a recommendation, and every public page says so. Clients choose whom to contact. You review the record before any call.
- Verified, and only verified
- No listing appears until a person has checked the bar number against the state bar. Listings can be removed at any time by asking.
This describes how the directory operates. It is not legal advice; confirm with your own jurisdiction's rules.
